What counts toward the 5%?
The variable fee is based on successfully processed shopper volume, net of refunds recorded before invoice finalization. Processing charges remain separate under your agreement with each connected payment provider.
When does billing begin?
Your billing start date is agreed during onboarding after your store configuration and launch plan are confirmed. Funnel publishing, gateway compatibility and payment activation are reviewed together.
Can a new merchant book a demo?
Yes. Tell us whether you are preparing to launch or already processing payments. We will review your intended workflow and requirements; existing volume is not a prerequisite for a conversation. Processing eligibility and approval remain subject to partner review.
